    I know a nurse who does quite a few phyc ward shifts, where they are not compelled to wear the florals. Trouble is the only way to distinguish the staff from the inmates was the uniform!

    They took all the Duress Alarms away as they disturbed the patients----

    The duress alarms were of dubious quality anyway. My friend was seriously assaulted on the ward, and the alarm 'failed to proceed'!
