    What are the rates there and likely capital gain would be my concern. Can you rent or lease it, may be use it as business Make a nice office for meetings
    Never ceases to amaze me.... I like to visit the big smoke for a change and the others cant wait to get out!

    Looks like a nice retreat anyway
