I didn't have much luck with the other link posted earlier for this stuff so I found the Chinese as well as the Aus web sites.

I recall seeing something like it on a boat ramp somewhere just with larger circles that were stacked in an offset pattern as opposed to a grid.

Look, they work well and do the job they are designed to do, but the ones I made for free do the same thing.
