That appears to be Auto Union ( AUDI) which became VW and Iltis.

The vehicle in question is called a Munga.
Made in Germany in the late 1950s to early 1960s.
It has a Two stroke motor....I think it is three cylinder.
I think Auto union made it.
Used by the military.
I do know it has a clockwork paddle arrangement in side the fuel tank which mixed up the petrol and oil for the motor.
A few have been imported to Australia. many years ago.
A movie set in WW2 called Eye of the needle ( Starred Donald Sutherland) has one in it and the big give away is the trail of blue smoke( like a 707 on take off) and the distinctive two stroke burble.
I don't think they ran that one past the styling department....
