Best I can work out this was on one of the shoots for "Expendables 2" and ultimately the near guy died at the scene, the other one ended up in hospital with serious injuries.
Poor bugger - just doing his job.
I'd be guessing the real charge was under the boat, and the grenade was fake.

Given the laughter afterwards I doubt anybody died. Looking at it a bit more, I'd say the side of the duck blew harder than probably expected, or blew when not expected to.


I would put it down to a bit of concussion from the air blast from the tube bursting combined with a bit of blast pressure . Either way, glad it wasn't me, I use the stuff as tools of trade, you don't play with it, even if your were allowed.
