The first one we had was the Texas Instruments TI99/4A.
It was a great machine and I remember reading out hundreds of lines of BASIC and my brother would punch it in so we could play pathetic games that generally failed because we had entered the data incorrectly.

You would spend more time fixing up your data entry mistakes than playing the game. It was a real bugger when you forgot to save it to the Cassette tape.
My first PC was the RadioShack MC10, with the 8K memory expansion, then a TRS80 after that.
