Where and when?
Both my parents have died and I was going through some pictures. Found these negatives. Now before my father met my mother he travelled a fair bit, but I really didn't get to hear any of his adventures before he passed. I really love these three pictures and would like to know if anyone can give me any detail or if they reconignise anything (r50 BMW 19??) in the pictures. I have a hunch that they are somewhere in Africa because there was mention of him working there as a chemist in a sugar mill and there are pictures of that on the same series of negatives.
Maybe the shape of the road or the number plate...

Hi. I think the BMW is a 1950-51 with a late model seat fitted. 1960 or later
mufflers fitted. Paul.
