Smoked pork roast after 6hrs of hickory wood smoking. almost done, just need wrap it up, stoke the fire (very slow heat) leave it on for the rest of the night (it's 10:40PM here right now) tomorrow morning take it off and enjoy... :D

they always do look burnt but i've done this just a "couple of" times before ;) and the inner roast is very tender, no knives needed, I shred it and the "burnt" part which is just the crust puts a lot of the flavor. Makes for screaming good sandwiches...:DQuote:
