"Muhammed Tabally, a young Gambian welder residing in Brikama, in the West Coast Region, has manufactured a two- seater sport car. The body of the vehicle was made out of iron plate and the tank can take up to five liters of petrol.
Tabally, who work into the Observer complex along the Jimpex Road, explained that the sport car is the second he manufactured, adding that it took a period of nine months to complete the job. He said the car can be driven from Brikama to Banjul.
Tabally said he was motivated by President Jammeh, who calls on Gambians, particularly the youth, to work for the development of ‘our motherland’. This, he said is his own contribution.
Therefore, he said: “I need assistance to broaden my knowledge, skills and materials to go extra mile” "
