ok no pics yet fronts been trimmed and flares fitted
corners removed from bullbar they will have 80mm removed
and be rewelded this will bring ends inline with the flares

got the rear crossed up today to see what i need to trim
mmm quite a bit it seems tyres catching on fender lip at the
top and on bottom they have now been trimmed

so has the body on the inside of teh rear doors
and the rear doors need just a little off them
i am thinking just tab then fold up maybe 1/2" in total
and i can still retain the door rubber that way
(but before i do that i will cross it up again and just see
if they are going to hit now that they will clear the guards)

a few things i have discovered useing a dremel is very slow
going (grinder would have been so much faster) for the inside
of the rear doors and last rear qtr pannel i used u nibbler now that was quick

all going well it will be completed in the next couple of days and will post
    what pics i have

ok it's taken me a while but my guards are now all trimmed up and flares fitted had a bit of trouble after fitting the rears

as when tested it seems they were still rubbing on the doors so first round
i was very gentle and only took a bit off still leaving the skins joined
after testing again bugger they were still rubbing

this is where i got a little more savage cutting teh rear doors i removed the dust rubber on the door and cut back useing the holes from the rubber
as a guide end result looks good but left me with a gap between the door skins of about 1 1/2" after thinking of a few different ways to seal this back up i decided to go with sikaflex pro (other thought was expanda foam of some sort) the doors have now had 24 hours to cure so today
they will be finished off and painted along with the bolts used to mount the flares the pics bellow are of the disco with falres but before doors were trimmed i will post up the final pics tonight once everything is complete
