I didn't use these on my setup as I got a set of runners from the inside of a heavy duty photocopier. But these ones came highly recommended from someone in the camper industry.
My first setup I made (2 drawers) used sealed roller bearings the same size as roller skate bearings. Drawers were 1400mm long and used about 80 bearings total at about $1.90 each. Each drawer carried about 120kg weight all the time.
Pics below of my current drawer setup.

I like the look of these >>>>>>>>> Fridge Slides, nice solid steel rollers.
An engineer bloke camped next to me at Cable beach showed me his home made drawers today.
As slides he used sliding door channels attached to the frame and added a strip of aluminium to the drawer with sliding door bearings bolted to them, the ones with the nylon "tyre".
It seemed a cheap elegant solution.

I took a look at this type of setup today in a TJM store as it happens. Box galv runner on the drawer side, skateboard rollers spaced with washers on a bolt on the frame side! As rough as it sounds, it actually looks and feels pretty solid, the bearings are sealed, are easily replaced, and if you get the rollers in the right location, the drawers don't rattle. $15 for a set of eight rollers on eBay - I might just give it a shot.
Keep an eye on ebay.
I got 2 pairs of Hettich for $40.00 plus $20.00 to deliver. This was from some one in Melb.
