I do agree to some point the state of driving here is appauling, speed is not the main factor the crashes here, its just people cant drive....

thats Australia wide and until they change the rules for the application of ADR's its not going to change.

the greenies tried it on to get the ADR's bought up to speed for emission control and it never even got past the lower house.

i would ask why the people should have to suffer for a Labor governments financial incompetence, but its because some people were stupid enough to vote labor into government on both state and federal levels.....

i still maintain that a democracy has many inherant flaws that harm its voting population
