Standard fence used by myself is similar to Rangier Rover, hingejoint with top and bottom wires, barb on top of the posts and one electric on standoffs, ironbark strainers and steel posts.
Strain everything pretty tight especially if you have roos hitting the fence. Need to have diagonal half length steel posts to hold the steel posts down at the bottom of hollows.
As well as a post driver you will need good fencing pliers and wire strainers, plus a wire spinner, gloves, eye protection, some form of posthole digger (minimum a posthole shovel and bar), and a holder for straining hingejoint mesh. A "ute crane" is useful for lifting wire and mesh.

If you're down my way (Bauple area), drop in and I'll show you what to do. I've usually got some kind of fencing project on the go. You can borrow my star picket driver and wire strainers if you like. The neighbour has sheep so you can have a look at his fences.
