    Grilled Lamb loin Chops sprinkled with fresh rosemary, seasoned with salt and pepper, olive oil and flour. Julienne carrots, parsnip and green beans.

    And a glass of Cuttaway hill Shiraz.

    Worked back late,had to go to gym

    She's got me going as well
