Try lying down and check your resting heart rate. Sitting up and typing - you get a HR of between 92 and 110. This isn't necessarily a issue. Each of us have a totally different maximum heart rate so our resting HRs will also vary - it will also vary depending on when you measure it - when you first wake up, lying in bed - check it then - I guarantee it will be lower
- but get a doctor's opinion.
