The clue is what it looks like and where it is, but not what it is called.

well chambers pillar does look like an owl but not an owls nest.you seem like a smart person but i will get this

well an owls nest is a hole in a tree

The picture painted by the question when taken at face value has absolutely no resemblance of the landmark.
