I think it should have had a field to put one's age - that would show that many owners are mature drivers and not hoons.

In Qld we experience this every day.. it's called "policy by press release"...usually accompanied by photo of person in hard hat, designer dental work and lots of "red". Each StateGovt Dept has a subscription to the local rag which they read every morning to set the day's work... keeping the wheels turning is all about SPIN... :wasntme:
