Dust Proof Vent -Any such thing?

I have a storage box on the front of my camper trailer. In it I usually store among other things my chainsaw (its lockable) and a small jerry of 2 stroke. Problem is that the fuel fumes permeate everything in the box. I want to put a vent in the box but still want it to be dust proof. Can this be done?

I have noticed that the new aussie swags seem to have vents on the side of there campers perhaps to allow the fridge to vent so I would guess that it is possible...I couldn't imagine camper trailer builders would build something to introduce dust

i would section off the area where the fuel is stored.......and ventilate only that section.....

dust would bother a jerry can too much......and the rest of your gear should remain dust free.....
