BBC has asked for Staffy pics...
He's provided us with some amazing photos, so any Staffy owners, let's make BBC smile...

Good stuff, glad all is OK.
Our Staffy Cassie loves Chicken, Fish (especially raw) or anything else she can get.
Go the Staffy.
Here's mine doing what he loves best:

He loves it so much that he's had to be dragged back to shore by surfers after venturing out too far.
It was a couple of years ago so he's a bit greyer around the chops now.
Staffy's love to do anything if they think it's a game. This broom was her favorite thing, even after she destroyed the head on it.

That's good news. Glad he's on the mend.
We got word from our house sitters that our GSP caught an Ibis the other day:eek: Bloody gun dog! We have a cat that is afraid to go outside and is scared of birds - we like to think he is "Environmentally Friendly" - and a GSP that is like every other GSP and instinctively hunts.
Just hope the Ibis wasn't to dirty when she got hold of it or it might be worse than your rabbit.
OK, BBC...Here's our mate - taken a few years ago before he started to go a distinguished shade of grey:)
You're right about Staffies being intelligient - we've had a few breeds of dogs over the years, but Cougar has been the easiest to train..it's a real pleasure to have him as a companion.

I have a real soft spot for Staffies. Besides being intelligent, they are described as:
Description:
The Staffordshire Bull Terriers are known to have great strength for their size. They are stocky and muscular, but should also be active and agile. The breed is the 5th most popular dog in the UK (its place of origin), and it is the only breed to have the words 'totally reliable' in its breed standard. Furthermore, the Staffordshire Bull Terrier is one of only two breeds from over 190 recognized by the UK Kennel Club to have a mention of the breed's suitability with children.
Simply.....a great dog.
That bit from the royal canine society about staffodshire's was the main argument for why we got a staffy for our ten year old. That bloody staffy just loves her with all her heart. Which is why I forgiver her everynight I come home from work and there is another hole dug in the garden
