    I belive thats the case....

The VXR8 - sold locally as the popular HSV Clubsport R8 - is the special Vauxhall VXR8 Bathurst Edition. This particular model isn’t offered in Australia, and packs a Walkinshaw Performance supercharger under the bonnet.

Dont understand this, as most brits, dont have a clue what Bathurst is. This car would go down a storm here..

i think although maybe not available as production from hsv you can add all the bits if you want for extra when ordering. interesting sound that one made.

I have never quite understood Bathurst, just found out reading this there was no H. Anyway an "Iconic" Australian race between 2 American car manufacturers.

Don't believe a word of what is said by those opinionated cretins on there, my 10 year old daughter knows more about cars than them...

For a start they aren't American cars. The Ford USA and GM don't make anything similar to them. I believe both Holden and Ford Aust are their respectrive companies leaders in RWD design.

Having said that, I don't watch the race.

I didn't realise that there was anyone who watched the show to learn about cars.

I thought it was just entertainment. Opinionated cretins can be very entertaining. Remember Alf Garnett?
