Tubes would indeed not pass. The tags on top for the (illegal in AUS) "jungle wires" probably would not either. The termination of the wraparound section may also be a bit on the sharp side.

Any TD5 (defender) or county bullbar will fit an SVX, so there are a lot more choices than just TJM.
