To be honest, I don't have a clue.

It was my first real interview so I am not sure how to take it. It went for about 40 odd minutes, and I even managed to have a few chuckles with them. At least they were good blokes, not one of those self-righteous recruitment twits I have heard about before.

I should hear back by the end of the week.. so i'll let you know.

    Some pics of making fodder

Has been a above average season for a wile so have more feed here than the stock need for now as our numbers are depressed from the last few droughts.

For long term storage of fodder we cut it with a precision mower, let it dry to around 60% dry matter, Rake into rows, Bale into 6X3X3 then bury it in a pit so is air tight.
This all has to be done as quickly as possible to prevent spoiling from the air and light. Some times we have to go 36 hrs straight Not good working with machinery when your fatigued

    Much latter.

    The next day

Just as I think I'm getting on top of the mechanical stuff here we now have two tractors to split, and one to drop the final drives out Bloody machinery
Worse part is, I have to do these in "my time" when I would have been doing the Rover projects.

So frustrating.... Have almost got the 120" how I want it and was about to put the Rangie and the Leyland's 2a (AYI) in the work shop.
If any interest I will post a few pics as I delve into these.
    Not landy's, but are pommy.
