When I was over in the west last year I needed to get some uni joints for my D1 and I got them from a private dealer ( it was either Bunbury or Bussellton) and they told me how a new disco 3 owner was made to truck his vehicle from down there to Perth to get some warranty work done.It was still under warranty and they would not bring it up to Perth at landrovers expense.
Sad and sorry state of affairs don't you think.
Cheers.

Actually, i remember noting the absence of LR last year, and when i saw the program for this year it appeared to be a carbon copy.
Damn right its a pity, and given the somewhat sterile nature of many of the exhibits, LR could really stand out with a little effort.
Shame
cheers
Nick
I was looking forward to geeing up a Barbargallo salesman or two about the lack of dealers but was most disappointed that they couldn't be bothered showing up.
They're only interested in flogging Discos and Rangies to metro customers and aren't interested in them after the sale is made!
When I wanted a new Defender in 2003 I went through the dealer in Esperance and got a much better price (vehicle delivered from Welshpool) but they don't exist now and I don't suppose Albany will for much longer either.
It's very sad that things have gone this way and apart from myself and son I know of 2 others who won't buy LR products again because of the lack of back up outside Perth.:(
Alan.
id be very surprised if they were there, that they would sell anything at the show, other than the extreme show it is very much caravanning/camping orientated. there was however a good rover show on the extreme track where daniel aka mudzilla done this

Jase,
i was seriously impressed with the way the 90 ate up the rocks. Especially after watching the Big 100 get stuck on them!:o:D
Onya Boys.
Top efforts by both of you.
Taff,that 90 is looking great,well done.
Andrew
