CSR is a fluid detachment of [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Macula"]macula[/ame] layers from their supporting tissue. This allows [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Choroid"]choroidal[/ame] fluid to leak into the subretinal space. The buildup of fluid seems to occur because of small breaks in the [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Retinal_pigment_epithelium"]retinal pigment epithelium[/ame].
Nothing a Berroca, a bacon, egg and brown sauce sambo and a 10km hike wouldn't have fixed.
Khos, think yourself lucky it's just a temporary problem, it may be inconvenient but even if it has slowed you down your not stopped. Could be worse, I heard of a distant acquaintance who lost his, "piston and both fuel tanks" in a strange painting accident.

Thanks for puting a Light hearted Spin on things , I've been down last couple of days due to poor eye sight , Now I really understand how Ron ( p38arover ) felt and feels , but after reading all your comments It's actually made me pick myself up again. yes it is annoying not being able to see properly , but it could have been a lot worse , I may have completely lost my eye sight, Life goes on.
