Head room fine in both. Elbow room better in LC but not much better. The positioning of handles etc on the door and the door trim of the LC was just as bad on the LC as the LR
good write up, wonder how a comparo between an 09 model LC and a 09 model LR would go? May'be vlad you should borrow/buy/steel a puma to see;)
Thats what everyone thinks,it's not that it doesn't have power,they do but in a narrow window that doesn't suit the gearbox.The engine is happy to sit at 2grand but in fourth with a load on thats good for 80ks/hr and in fifth your always down changing from 100.It's a shame as they should really go well with such a big motor but they don't. Pat
Thanks for that frank analogy.I have driven both and over the years would come up with much the same as what you have.But for durability you cannot knock the Landy.My introduction to Landy's was with the 2 and the 2a's in the army,what we put them through and somehow they survived,saved our lives on more than one occasion.I have also owned most of the models since,cried tears of blood with some of the simple things that I had to fix,but still today they are fixable and still a bloody good,if not the best, off road vehicle.They have to be that, how many armies and even the UN use them.Compare the cruiser not many, as cruiser for in my opinion is always in catchup mode.
