    wheel carrier woe's

I am currently building a spare wheel carrier and jerry can carrier for my RRC. Im in the process of welding it all together today. I have bought myself some latches to keep it shut and locked, but no way to swing it yet. I was thinking the best way to swing it was on a spindle and bearing, but have no idea where to get one around the sydney-newcastle area.
If anyone has any idea's could you let me know.

    Thanks Andrew

any auto shop that sell trailer hubs will provide you a spindle and hub for about $30 on special probably another $10-15 normal price. Some issues if the hub is cast.
