so can ya build on it?:(
Well................
Talking to people at the council has created an urge to want to act upon large amounts of physical harm to people:angel:
Anyhow, as it sits, the dude I spoke with reckons the department of primary industries has been knocking back alot of permits in the area, as its zoned special use, cause of the coal seam, but..........he's a uni 'tard, so, grain of salt and all that, it appears, I;m going to have to spend the coin, get some pretty piktures done and submit....cross fingers.....and see what happens:(
sooooooooooo he couldn't yes or no? Thats thier f ing job, check the zoning, and say yes you can, or no you can't! Is it rural living?
Zoned special use, more to do with the coal seam underneath, future transmission towers etc, has the setup was there for heaps more power stations that don't exist
Anyhow, the councils job appears to be, be friendly, but supply no usefull information, coherse you into to spending many thousands with a draftsmen, then pay there heinously huge fee to apply, to just hand it on the the DPI and have it knocked, cause one day, they might dig you up:D
So, I got the previous building permit coming.......if the 'tards can find it, oh, that'll be a fee:mad:, then will see if that suits, I'm hoping to use it, then just apply for amendmant later down the track if it passes, if it gets knocked, sale is off and I've saved $x on drafting..........maybe:(
good idea, can see it now, build, then bang, where gonna dig you up, and then stick power lines through your backyard!
pull the pin now and become a hillbilly like me:p
i better start making my tin foil hat:D
