Okydoky went & brought a new flex fan (plastic) 6 blade goes to put it on ,no go when fitted hits power steering belt & pully at the top ,so i put another spacer in then its to close to the rad bout 5mm no good..so rings up pit crew where i got it no worries bring it back for refund (sweet).got hold of a wreckers near pit crew they have standard 6 blade (not the clutch type) $40 sweet $20 cheaper then flex fan even better..also picked up a thermostat
71c or 160f should i drill a couple of extra holes round the outer bit like someone said or just leave it alone..i will make a shrowd in the next couple of days the rad guy can stick his head back where it belongs cause i dont care..
IF these dont fix it well i have know idea then & unfortunatly it will have to go..will let use all know how i get on this arvo..i will keep checking in so let me know bout the thermostat & if anyone else has an idea let me know....
