It appears that the 2000 series may not be made anymore, or are harder to get.
Try asking Paddocks for 2000 series ones, they will let you know if they are available.

The 2000 series are an excellent pad, and a hell of a lot better than the 6000 series. You can tell which series it is as the part numbers first number relates to the series. ie a 2000 series pad will have a part number that starts with a 2, and a 6000 series pad will start with a 6.

The 2000 series pads have gone out of production for the Disco, I've tried hard to get these also and ended up getting the last set in Aus quite a while ago and these were only for 1 end. There was a push by BrakePro to get them to recast the pad back in the UK with the 2000 series compound, but they wouldn't be in it, and BrakePro were prepared to bulk buy to get that pad. Wasn't to be.

This said, there is now a greater range of available pads, and EBC have continued to develop their range, especially as you get into the red and yellow stuff pads, these are no longer the domain of high temperature track pads anymore.

I cant see it in the 2010 catalogue which only lists the black and 6000 series pads (don't bother, go to Bendix) but I'm sure that the 2009 catalogue had yellow SUV pads to suit also. The Yellow SUV pads will probably be better than the 2000 series with the exception of more dust and probably also be more expensive. If you cant get the Yellow SUVs (and I doubt the 2000 series also) then I wouldn't bother with EBC at all as the blacks and 6000 series are crap. The closest I've found to the 2000's are Bendix and the Bendix are not far off the 2000 series, but thats in all areas. Lucas TRW etc despite the temp ratings are not as good and they are noisy.
