I like freerange best, especialy grey ones they seem to be the tenderest that have come from a burrow of about 4ft deep in peaty soil.

Common or garden variety rabbit HBW. From a warren on a mates property at Drouin Sth. It's the only farm thes elittle beauties ever saw. No spitting out the lead either. Ferrets did the job.

We don't waste our peat on rabbits over here. We use it to make whisky.
