Simon, tears came to my eyes when I saw your preview...I had to read it - even though I knew I would cry. It was a beautiful tribute to a beautiful, faithful and loved best friend. You are so right when you said there is no love more faithful than that of a loyal dog.

She will be with you always mate.

Now I will go and give Cougar a hug.

    RIP Simba.

So sorry Simon You must be devastated. Alike when I lost old REG. They seem to take a big part of you with them.
Simba was a beautiful dog and an icon as well.

That was a very nice tribute to Simba.

Hope your doing OK. Somehow we all seem to get through this when it happens.

It's the worst part of having dogs, the grief that comes when they go.

Sounds as though she went peacefully. Not much more you can ask for.

    Talk soon Slunnie,

    Regards

    Simon,

What a fitting tribute to such a fantastic friend. I have never met either of you in person, but that snapshot shows me a lot.

    Take care and keep well.

Condolences over the loss of your mate. I have been there a number of times myself and it never gets any easier.

    Lovely tribute as well.

    Mate,

Again so sorry. But she will always be with us and when I go out and break something I'm still going to blame her for digging!

    Simon,

So sorry to hear about the loss of your little mate.
