    Really?

I mean I won't practice onanism like other "massage" clinics

But if you could fix the burning discomfort in my upper back and neck, i would create my own happy ending
Actually, that photo's not too far off the truth... I bit more neanderthal and you're there.

since I broke my clavical the muscles dont sit right when I work the shoulder hard and the muscles swell up they pinch the nerves so other muscles take up to relieve the pressure on the nerve which in turn pulls my spine an neck out of alignment and I wind up with huge pain in my upper left back and spinal area.

then its off for 2 weeks of low strength activity restrictions and daily massage sessions. (which usually hurt more than the problem itself)

Fortunately I can palm steer all the rovers and usually only change gears with the left hand.
Have you looked into or has your doctor suggested having nerve endings trimmed? Do not know if it is viable in your situation, but we currently have a young fella who fell against a wall underground and broke his shoulder. As growth begins it is possible and looks likely that the growth is pinching his nerve endings. The surgeon has suggested that if this is the case they may need to trim the nerve endings to alleviate the pain.
