Stand up for the rights of all owners of old landies, and, without hesitation or equivocation, do both.

Don't fall for cutting a deal - that cost me a new kitchen and two new cars for she who must be obeyed.

Maybe we should have a gallery of old landy garden ornaments, and old series station waggons. Which, by the way, are a mighty handy bit of gear.

If you decide to listen to what others are saying no matter how well meaning they are then please also listen to my voice as well and send me the money once you sell your IIa.

    cheers,

I think the voices in Ron's head have led him astray far too often in the purchasing world

You're treading on dangerous ground here, get a paper bag, put it to your face and breathe in and out deeply a few times. This train of thought can be extremely painful.
What engine has the SIII got, that rotten LR 6cyl. thing or a good old fashiones 2 1/4 litre 4?. I've had both and reckon the IIa is a better rig even with the Rover rear diff.
