Nice Pic Bushie.
Tony, would love to do some fencing, just a tad too far away:p:p:p
I used to really enjoy fencing when I was a sodbusters assistant, until I stuffed my back doing so.Nothing like looking back over a fence well made.
4 wheeler makes the job easy,I built a trailer for the bike, even had a "jenny" on it to roll the ringlock out.

I took heaps of pics today, They may interest some of you;) (Referring to a thread a few days ago) So be patient as I will try to get some onto photo bucket tonight.
We have pipes riped out and one is the main water line:eek: So very serious.
I did a bit on the flattened fences today. Had to give up on the Honda ATV as bogged it over and over. Ended up using the 120". Made a mess but churned through the mud and drift wood with out any fuss:)
After some stock work tomorrow's project will be the water pipes. Then back on the fence repairs. Will take about 4 weeks to do the main damage:eek:
A few pics wile I sort the rest out!
Its boggy! Land Rovers only here:D
This mud is really silky to drive on:eek: The ATV just sunk to the running boards and blocked op the tyres etc.
The 120 churned through in second low at 1800 RPM with 10 psi boost:twisted: Now why does that clutch smell a bit:eek: Just joking:D I hope:eek:

colo river was up a damn long way... and a lack of planning on my behalf had water a third of the way up the windscreen driving out of my mates property!
The river - standing about 6 meters up from the usual water level..

There is a bridge down there somewhere....

unfortunately my mate with the camera crapped his pants when the water got deep (ie, up to the windscreen wipers..) so this is the only photo of it I have... Isuzu didn't miss a beat!

Note this is his driveway.. a long way up from the river! (also it was only standing water.. so not worried about getting washed away!)
Incidently the water was going so fast in the river that we canoed from Bob Turners track down to the bridge in 4 hours!! (usually takes 2 full days....)
Flagg
Nice pic.:) Our waterways are so violent and dangerous in comparison. We have lost a few lives up here over the years and many cars have been written off:( Very disturbing as most were sticky nosing. Could have been prevented.
Should have seen the cray fish that were in the vehicles when were recovered:eek: They make a great yabby trap:twisted:
yeah I'm sure. I wouldn't have gone any where near it if it had been moving, or I wasn't so familiar with the road underneath (knew I wasn't going to loose traction). There were heaps of people driving around for a sticky beak.. but none in the water that I saw.
We had around 200mm fall late saturday night, our drive which crosses part of our creek looked like this sunday morning
Unfortunately part of the drive washed away, along with a few other bits'n pieces.
Just for clarity, this is the waterway I crossed after it tamed down in full noise. See the wall off water:eek: It has enough force to wipe a B double out:eek: It's so dangerous here.:( Some have driven in wile OK and got hit by a wall of water:eek:
