It's a small bus built on a J Series Bedford chassis. Probabley a J3.

CowsGoMoo, did you get a photo of the large floor mounted drilling machine to the left of the Thomas Shanks lathe? By the way that is not a really large lathe at all. Biggish, yes, but not in the large range by a long shot. When they are 40' x 6' they are getting large.
