In short yes, have a bit of dry dirt up Morgan way.

I am thinking of the south African cow poo floor because of its harness.

this being an exercise in cheep, cow poo floor, cement block walls ( the out poor blocks ( free) and any seconds brick for the internal walls, then render the lot, wooden joinery and an iron roof. simple.
