    Good stuff Mick. Love that cam overlap when cold

    So, when the Tdi chucks it in.....you know where that engine is going to end up

    Marks make adapters Holden V8 to R380

    It'd sound good maxxed out on Stockton dunes with a twin 2.5" system



    , now What/ wheres the next project??? there's no stopping you now

    Thanks mate . I'll get this old girl finished first . Later on i want to get an HR holden and restore it to show room condition . Love the HR's

    It's the Gilmer drive causing the noise . I went with a double row timing chain instead of straight cut gears .

    Sounds awesome i love holden 5ltrs.the clips on your plug leads are they plastic or metal i had the metal ones & after a while they started to cause a short between the leads replaced them with plastic ones & was fine after..
    GREAT work i love the sound of it..
