yea...... fancy paint kinda puts insurance companies off, one guy i know had no option other than to insure with shannons, even then at a higher price, simply because everyone else refused to insure him the moment they found out it was painted in a harlequin paint....
he never got to tell them about the rest of the fun stuff he'd done to it!
and dobbo...... you're not gonna paint the turdis in that thermochromatic stuff are you?
How sensitive is it? Does it change colour if the heater is on?
What about after curry night?
Cool, swirly vapour trails. It'll look like you've got clouds painted on the car.
:D:D:D
Remember that bath.
Why does that feel wrong asking that to another man?
Anyway
bugger it, the truth is going to come out anyway I am painting the gimps box so we know when she is sleeping. Whilst doing it we are going to give the float a dose of bling, some pimpin' gold spinners, hydraulic tailgate, LED's all over, over sized cup holders to hold my snoop style pimp cup and a bumper sticker on the back "he may be Red and hairy but he's a better ride than you" should look good when I'm driving especially since the wife no longer rides a chestnut horse.
Onya Dobbo.
pics when it happens!!!!!
And when you get that bumper sticker, get me one done too Bro:D:D:D:D:D

Hi.The thermochromic paint is not standing up to the QLD sun.Have seen test samples that were overcoated with a top quality UV clear, that after as little as 12 months in the Queensland sun,DOES NOT change colour anymore.I was going to paint my car in the Black paint that when the sun/heat hit it, changed to different shades of grey and then finally ended up white. The paint is made in the US,not cheap. Can be brought online or some automotive paint mixing shops will order it for you.
