Thanks, I didn't know something like that existed - might have saved my skin.

One`last idea - I have a caroma nordic in mine and it has a fairly big backing plate - 17cm I think.

Could some careful grinding/plumbing be done so as to be hidden behind that?
Or possibly there are other mixers out there`with larger backing plates?
