Just a thought, when you load the software, select to run in administrator mode, or compatibility mode. May help.
Hi, Hoping that someone can help. I cannot get the HN7 to connect to my desktop computer, Windows 10.
A couple of years ago it worked when I first loaded the maps. But since then no go. I have read various forums and tried what was said but no success. So I then loaded the maps on to a laptop and all went well till I had to do the last step, i.e., get the computer to link to the HN7. No go.
The laptop runs Windows 10 also. Paul.

Do you have Windows Mobile Device Centre installed and the HN7 in windows sync mode?
Ok I have Windows Mobile Device Centre & that ended up being the problem. I found that it was not opening. It was in Windows Sync but no go. After looking on Google some people said that WMDC would not always work on Windows 10 & to use a backup patch.

Thank you for your help. Paul.
