New Project - Calamity Pics/Questions

Thanks Mick - I remember when it came up on the Forum last year as a give away.. I remember thinking "I should grab that - for my next project".

I didn't - but it's funny how these things work out in the end!!!

Do you know any of the history of the vehicle? So far I know:

Series 2a
Based on the Vin - one of the last (71)
Originally a Rover 6
Now with a 186 & Nissan Gearbox
Safari Roof
Has a sticker for Ayers Rock Camping Ground in it!

Do you know any more details?

I have a roof rack like that, but shorter in my garden. I don't even remember where I got it, but had it on my first 2A for a while.
