Well ya learn something new every day, I'll check out the tyres that came off for roadworthy inspection ( I'll be putting them on again soon) they might be the skinnier ones.

The Series 3 Game came standard with a 15x8 , +15 offset steel rim with a 31 x 10.5 tyre. The standard rim is, if I remember correctly, a 5 or 6 inch and has a +33 offset or there abouts. To fit the 15x8 wheel the Game came with custom flares. The steering can get a bit heavy in carparks but is not too bad. I have also got a set of 0 offset 16x7 steel rims with a set of 235/85/16 mud tyres (32") and they fit inside the Game flares and give a better turning circle if you adjust the steering stops properly and aren't as wide so are a bit easier to turn as well. Still will not fit without the flares and while they are legal on the Game in Qld you would have to convince the guvmint that there was a Series 3 that came with 15x8s standard . There are copies of articles in the Game sticky that show the wheels and flares so that might be enough.

    Cheers,
