I actually removed several panels on my Patrol and replaced them with MDF covered with marine carpet. Kept it neat and professional looking, and I still had new parts to put back before we sold it. If you are going to do that sort of damage, maybe you need to look at something more permanent.Quote:

I have seen a Discovery 3 boot liners on eBay for $100+25p&p.
Off the topic a bit, can anyone help? At the moment if I want to read a topic, the latest post if first and the original post is last which means I have to go to the last page and read backwards. Does anyone know how I can have the original post at the top of the first page?

I have been looking for one for my D3, was hoping that someone else would buy one first & tell post their views but it looks like that I will have to bite the bullet get one myself.
Damn. That is cheap.
But when I was deciding between these & the Bushranger product, the latter looked to be better quality for the approximately the same price. Now that it is 30% cheaper it is certainly work a gamble...
Anyways, I took delivery last week of a Bushranger wagon liner (Kingsley Part Number: 78R95 (for Disco 3 & 4). $135. Very happy with it's quality.
It's edge lip does only rise about 1.5 inches. Good enough for my needs.
I got one from the same seller for the D4 (but it is the same footprint as D3), but upgraded it to the Luxury PET Fabric as I wasn't aiming on needing to wipe it down much - just to stop stuff going into the cracks and also to make it easy to rinse off. It has a texture like carpet and fits well. It doesn't have any rubbery smell. This upgraded fabric version might not suit the people who want to carry muddy stuff around.Quote:

Hi all,
I've copped out! I took several pictures of the Hatchbag and its accessories and my car down the road to the motor trimmer and asked if he could make something similar. He looked at the pictures, looked at the price and just shook his head - I've ordered a HatchBag from the UK.
I needed something that would protect the entire boot area even up to the window sills. I'll probably cut some ply or mdf as a base after the liner has been installed.

I got some coreflute board from a hardware supplier and bent it to fit. I attached it to the side with some vecro.
Dirt cheap and I just make another when it gets worn.
