heyer ford in Dubbo
I would NEVER recommend in Dubbo for either Landrover (I have a D3 and this is where I bought it from originally) OR Volvo sales or service.
They will tell you one thing and then another.
Nothing but crooks.
I had lodged a complaint years ago with LRA.
Yes, I am bitter! But to their detriment as I talk to the other 7 or 8 D3 owners in Mudgee and they don't go there either!
Trivett (Parramatta) in Sydney have been what a dealer should be; Honest, fair and reliable.

The Dubbo agents changed owners about the beginning of the year. I have no idea whether this is likely to be an improvement or not.

Wish I had read your post as I’ve just being stung by XXXXX Land Rover as well. Bought what I thought and they advertised as a “New” Discovery 4 just before Christmas only to find out they have being using it as floor stock and driving it around on dealer plates.
The driver’s side mirror was badly scratched and the rubber seals throughout the car were filled with dust and dirt. In addition, the Fuel Consumption sticker which are legally required on all new vehicles (to 3.5 ton) was not on the vehicle. Advertising, presenting and then selling a demo vehicle as “New” is both unethical and probably contravenes the Trade Practices Act which I perusing with Consumer Affairs. Beware of XXXXX Land Rover !.

Complain to LRA as well. I am sure they will not be impressed.

Heyer Ford Dubbo
I went to them in April, 2011, travelling from Brisbane, for a minor repair of a rear door lock I jammed.
I was pleased with their service...they claimed the repair on warranty at no cost to me, when other dealers might not have.
