Do you have an OEM cargo barrier and are you in Melbourne?

Few things...

I'm not making the barrier. I've been asked to help find a car that has it fitted.

My own car actually has the OEM barrier, but seeing as there's nothing I need from the company I thought I'd offer the chance to others to pick up some goodies.

IMHO the dog guard is perfectly good and I have no idea why it doesn't pass ADR approval. If it's good enough for Land Rover and the UK authorities, it's good enough for me. Australia is full of silly extra rules that make life difficult and prevent us getting kit like this. I wouldn't worry about it. Refer to the FAQ for more cargo barrier options.

There's no requirement to post a location or any specific format, maybe he doesn't want to be specific.

Here are some photos - though it has the landrover logo on, it is made by Hayman Reece, but fitted at Austral LR. I was assured that all ADR requirements have been met, etc. I'm sure other owners will have similar. Hope this helps!

Do you have any photos of your cargo barrier to compare to the LR/Hayman Reece ADR approved one!

Even if it is not ADR approved I am sure it is better than nothing.

I would be interested in seeing how they mount to the floor.

And can they be moved forward to sit behind the front seats if the second row is folded flat.

The forward two existing cargo mount holes are re-used.

No cannot be shifted forwards.

Takes about 5 min to remove or fit. Four thumbscrews.

no rattles at all with mine. Rubber mounting points help. Sorry, photos tonight I promise!
