So ARB are mounting my Runva 11XP, but will not wire it.
Will I be able to access the winch to cable & connect with the bar fitted?
What is the best route for cables to main battery?

Sorry but another question; Do I have to get ARB to fit the bar, or am I allowed to fit it myself. After seeing the butcher job they did to a mates brand new Explorer, I am concerned about letting them go anywhere near my vehicle.
You can get supply only.
Thanks Tombie!
Had the ARB Summit Bull Bar fitted last week....some pics attached for information. Generally happy with the look of the bar and the glad I went for the color match. The gaps look a bit large to my eye so it might need some fine adjustment tuning ....when I mentioned this to ARB...they were generally disinterested, saying that there needs to be a large gap between the bar and body to allow for chassis movement?? Be interested to hear from others who have had this bar installed.
The fitting included a Smitty Built X20 Winch. When I picked the car up I noticed that the cover over the winch area was missing and when I questioned why it was not there was advised that they left it off so that I could access the winch controls. (note that they did not give me the cover...I've had to chase them up a number of times and finally received it today) I reckon it should be able to be fitted so that it pivots and provides adequate access to the controls...just a pity that ARB don't bother to do a complete installation job.
Overall happy with the product..not very happy with the installation service provided and their general disinterest in my comments once they had received my money!
Gap looks like it is correct. On corrugations bar work moves significantly.
And if the guard follows the line of the bar it's spot on
I have decided to fit mine myself. So, after three emails explaining that it is a fact the factory fog lights don't fit, receiving an outstanding balance of around 400 for their fog light kit and wiring harness because the factory fog lights are a low 50W (there website states theirs are 51W), misinformation about which way the winch base mounts, I informed them I will fit myself so supply only. Good news is that gives me about 300 credit, so another 3-4 on the day and I'm getting a twin compressor.
Thanks for the measurements, looks great (big, but great) I might go 5mm less, about 10mm at the front, reducing side to 20mm. Should be enough clearance? I hope.
Bill,
If I could trouble you for one more pic of the gap at the trimmed guard flare in the next couple of days please?
