    I believr this is the clutch lever people worry about. Nice and easy to get to from this hole. Now to wire this thing up... todays job

    On a side not just noticed how crowded my battery area is getting! If anyone has any ideas of where to mount this winch isolator would be all ears too. Thanks


    Can only think of the main battery box lid.

    Looks like the leads are only long enough to reach the traxide battery that's annoying....

    DO NOT run the negative to the battery run it to an earth stud nearby
    I was informed about this by Tim from traxide,who should know about this

    Thanks Bob. I emailed tim this last night too. That's where i was getting confused as to where I'm meant to earth it. The instructions clearly state do not earth to the body. But the earth plate makes much more sense.

    Adaptive Cruise Control

    I'm having my ARB bull bar fitted today.
    They have called me to say there is a problem.
    The bar doesn't have provision for the Adaptive Cruise Control Radar.
    They actually have a mounting bracket to suit from Ford Ranger BB but ARB HQ have not tried and tested.
    I spoke to LR who understandably said they honestly don't know if radar will work if relocated 200mm to the right, and may void warranty.
    Anyone come across this issue?
    I will have to turn it off for now until ARB come up with a solution which may never happen.

    Perhaps not helpful & just my thoughts .....

    if your choice is between turned off and potentially voided warranty or not working properly then why not just get it fitted anyway.

    It may well work and if not you're no worse off anyway given that the bar is basically permanent.

    I picked it up today and looks the goods.
    You do notice a little heavier in steering but not a lot.
    We have added 77kgs to front.
    Look out skippy.
