Lou,
I have bonnet protector on my D4, it is just one for a D3. The bonnet is the same shape & therefore fits perfectly.
For whatever reason LR don't advise it fits the D4:eek:

I used stone guard on my old FPV GT, good stuff.
Had it fitted from new until I sold it a few years later.
Didn't go yellow, just seemed to get more invisible the longer it was on.
The sale spool went along the line of – was developed for the US military for use in “Desert Storm” back in the early nineties, specifically to protect the carbon fibre rotor blades on the apache helicopters from sand particles.
Thumbs up for "Stone Guard"
I had OziShield paint protection film posted up from Victoria & applied it myself to the D4 over 12mths ago.
Fitted to mirrors, & front & rear wheel arches.
Good stuff and highly recommended.
Also fitted Aunger headlight protector plastic film. Also recommend that.
I was at a club trip with the Range Rover Club NSW and one member had it done to their D4 for the entire car. They worked for 3M, so got the film a lot cheaper, but I'm just putting it out there that the whole car can be done. :)
Yep, know the Aus distributor and the rotor blade protection story is true. It's good gear.Quote:
