From memory I think it was Ritters that have a similar product. Basically it's a couple of small bike sprockets and a it of bike chain inside.

Certainly does! This was what I was hoping to come up with. I was thinking about window motors however they tended to be quite expensive (new). Might be more reasonable from an Auto DismantlerQuote:
