			If you do the sums properly the diesel will far outweight the petrol , both in economy ,resale etc etc . I was a Fleet analysist in a previous life and have done the sums over and over again....
 
I get 6.9L on the open highway at 110kmh and around town I do 11l/100kmh . My long term average is 8.9l/100kmh.
 
I drive a 2012 RRS 3.0L v6 diesel. I have also had the ecu reprogrammed by superchips and now I have power to play with as well as a smooth ride.
 
Petrols are fats becoming old school both in technology , economy and resale..... oh and by the way , i can beat a landcruiser sahara v8 turbo diesel off the lights and up too 100kmh every time ..........LOL
